The first Spring Sun - 03.21.2023

Post by Ross »

The first spring sun in Italy promises really well, beautiful prominences and also interesting filaments. Finally, a small comparison in H Alpha and in white light!

Ross,
Very nice texturing and resolution on the disc and prominences. The tiny individual spicules can even be seen. I have yet to clearly do this in an image. The Ha and WL image comparison of the triple complex in the SE quadrant looks awesome too!

Where on our blue globe are you located and what time were these images taken?
