Erupting prominence, north west limb, 24 Mar

Post by oriolestation »

Erupting prominence on the north west limb, stop action animation. Seeing was challenging, big gaps in the animation, and clouded out before the prominence pulled completely away from the limb 20 minutes later. Fascinating activity, all the same.

Very nice animation.

I do not look at the sky with the eyes of an astronomer, but of a person looking for the beauty of nature.
