March 31 2023 Observations. Basic 8x32s.

Post by DeepSolar64 »

At 17:54 UTC I got two spots through thin clouds using the little Lunt 8x32s. The skies are nearly overcast with few observing opportunities. The temperature is 63F ( 17.2C ). The two spots are what is visible of AR13262 and AR13264 respectfully. I could not find/see the spot of AR13260 near the NW limb.

Thanks James :hamster: I brought my Sunoculars on holiday but I haven't managed to locate the Sun yet, it has rained every day so far for a week :(

That's some poor skies to render the SUNoculars useless for that length of time. I wish you luck.

I feel for you Brits. Your weather is certainly ill suited to astronomy. I admire your patience and persistence. Hats off to You and your British comrades.
