Hi,

Today I played again a bit with the SHG but only in Ca 3933Å.

Bought a USB Hub 3.0 from TrippLite (now Eaton) for a lot of money https://assets.tripplite.com/product-pd ... 004ind.pdf

There are no dedicated drivers for this Hub.

After 20 trials I got one good video with no lost frames. Nothing apart from the mount and FireCapture was running on the PC.

Thank You but I am still not satisfied. Need to do a lot of Trial & Error in video acquisition.

My main problem is still the fact I can not scan at 16X as others do due to the bad response of my mounts. I always get egg shaped sun discs and so I need to scan at 1X and that takes for each disc 2.5 minutes and now imagine 10 videos is over 25 minutes and in this time features on the Sun surface do already change.
