Hi,
Here is a Ca K image taken on May 29 :

During acquisition, I could see a faint filament on the east. Comparison with the Bas2000 image confirmed it :

On May 31, the contrast of the filament was very low :

Comparaison with Bas2000 image :

An image taken with the Antlia 393-3 nm :

And some close-ups images with the double-stack Ca K :

Clear skies!

Fantastic result as always, Christian! I find the double-stack close-ups especially impressive!

These are excellent Christian!
I think my favourite are the last three where the double stack filter starts to show some of the depth (or height?) of features in the lower chromosphere.

Excellent!! I'm fun of your Ca hires images, Christian!
It's curious to see how more chromosphere details appears in Ca DS setup like filaments, fibrils in the most magnetically disturbed places.
Your spicula forest on the limb came out nice.

Sure. Double-stacking allows to sample a higher layer of the chromosphere (compared to SS).
The dream would be to have a 1 A double-stack configuration. Meaning finding another 1 A Ca K filter ...

There is definitely something like this.
