Yesterday seeing was very good. Locally, humidity was high and transparency not exceptional, as often happens in my land when the lower atmosphere is quite. I took the chance for imaging some active regions with my quark combo. Imaging train is the following. 130 mm refractor (+Daystar yellow ERF), UV/IR cut, barlow 5X tevelue (f 35) and asi 174. Attached some of the colorized close ups of the active region. I think I caught a small and quick flare from AR 3321, which, at first glance seemed the less active (is that a alpha class magnetic region ?). Around 9.15 UT I saw bright spots quickly gaining brilliance, and then fading away almost completely within 10 minutes.
All the best
Stefano
