I just realized that I can select a particular frame to place alignment points for stacking in Autostakkert.
Does anyone know if selecting a particularly good frame to align points on is beneficial?
Select best frame for alignment points in Autostakkert?

The alignment points are used across all frames, so it doesn't really matter which frame you choose to place them initially.

If you are going to place manual alignment points, you’d rather use a sharp frame to do best placement. But on auto, it doesn’t matter as the grid overlays the whole image.

Yep, I'm with Mark on this!
Auto settings work pretty damn well for me. The more I fiddle with the settings, the more I seem to mess up the results!
