The last 6 months here on the "Sunny Gold Coast" in Queensland, Australia (about 700km North of Sydney by crow or 850km by car) have been the toughest in my 3 years of Solar viewing/imaging weatherwise. Animations lately are a no show, so you take what you can get and yesterday morning I did manage my first mosaic in months. Using the ZWO432MM with the 80mm Lunt double stacked on my trusty AVX mount I captured 12 panels...well just to be sure. Image UT 2024/04/16 21:50 to 21:56

Re: Solar starvation
Thanks Franco, I just put an Astrobin link in there as well for a Zoom in view. It's been tough being a Solar viewer/imager on the water where I am living Ralph has fared better living inland. Most of the next 7days are looking rubbish for me.
